Refund and Returns Policy

1. No Return Policy for Precious Metals & Scrap Metals

Due to the volatile market prices of gold, precious metals, and scrap metals, all sales are final once a transaction has been confirmed, invoiced, or delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges after the product leaves our custody.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • The order was cancelled before shipment or release of goods.
  • A clerical or administrative error occurred on our side (e.g., duplicate payment, incorrect invoice).
  • The delivered product is materially different from the agreed specification, as verified through a joint inspection.

Refunds will not be issued due to:

  • Market price fluctuations.
  • Buyer remorse.
  • Delays caused by customs, ports, or third-party logistics.

3. Quality & Specification Claims

If you believe the material received does not match the contracted specification, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

  • Photos or videos
  • Assay report or scrap analysis (if applicable)
  • Bill of lading / delivery note

A joint inspection or third-party laboratory evaluation may be required.
If the claim is valid, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of goods
  • Partial credit
  • Refund for the disputed portion only

4. Inspection Before Purchase

Buyers are strongly encouraged to arrange:

  • Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
  • SGS / Intertek / Bureau Veritas assay
  • Visit to our warehouse or yard

Once inspected and approved, the goods are considered accepted as is.

5. Payment Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method originally used.
Processing time: 5–14 business days, depending on banking channels and jurisdiction.

6. Shipping & Logistics Responsibility

The company is not responsible for:

  • Transit delays
